Key questions for selecting the best package
Bronze package (single standard)
With the bronze package, we provide certification for a single ISO management system standard. This is a three-year package that includes:
- Year 1: Initial consultation, gap analysis, pre-audit and certification audit
- Year 2: Surveillance audit
- Year 3: Surveillance audit and preparation for re-certification
Your company will be responsible for preparing the mandatory and non-mandatory documentation (policies, procedures and forms) that is specified by the ISO
standard. We recommend that you train one of your employees as a certified Internal Auditor to drive the documentation and
certification process internally.
To pass the Surveillance Audit (in years 2 and 3), your organization will also need to demonstrate that you have implemented the necessary controls and engaged in year-on-year continuous improvements.

Bronze package (single standard)
Silver package (single standard)
With the silver package, we provide certification for a single ISO management system standard (same as the bronze package), plus we store your documents in an online document management system (DMS) for ease of management, for greater control and for data backup.
We have partnered with several reputable DMS providers to offer a solution tailored to your requirements.
- Document creation process to develop, edit, approve, update and archive all your policies and procedures.
- Centralized document repository for your employees to gain immediate access to the latest versions.
- Automated document distribution to intended recipients with read acknowledgement.

Silver package (single standard)
Gold package (single standard)
With the gold package, we provide certification and online management for a single ISO management system standard (same as the silver package), plus we prepare the required documents customized to your business and operational requirements.
Each ISO standard lists mandatory and non-mandatory documents that should be prepared in advance of the Certification Audit.
These documents typically fall into two categories:
- Policies and procedures that explain how you will do things to meet the requirements of the ISO standard.
- Control documents (such as reporting forms) that demonstrate how your organization is applying the policies and procedures in your ongoing operations.

Gold package (single standard)
Platinum package (multiple integrated standards)
The platinum package is recommended when you plan to implement multiple ISO management system standards.
For example, you may wish to adopt ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) in an way that ensures consistency in your internal policies and procedures, while optimizing the deployment of organizational resources.
Our approach is to integrate the requirements from multiple management system standards into a single system called an Integrated management system (IMS). There is no limit to how many standards can be integrated within an IMS.
